YEPP project in Bielany district

Since 2007, the Evens Foundation has supported the Polish Children and Youth Foundation (PCYF) in coordinating YEPP activities in the Bielany district near Warsaw. Together with local stakeholders, the PCYF conducted a context analysis of the district which led to the development of an operational plan.

The program's three overall goals are: youth and community empowerment, creation of cross-sectoral partnerships, and advocacy training. Its main objectives are to:

• Develop/improve local leisure and cultural facilities for young people
• Develop their skills to fit the labor market
• Develop their skills in financial management
