Peace Factory France

In 2008, the original Peace Factory was adapted to the French context in cooperation with the Ligue de l'Enseignement and the Dutch designers of the Stichting Vredeseducatie (Peace Education Foundation). In November 2008, the "Fabrique de la Paix" was inaugurated at the European Education Fair in Paris, where it welcomed more than 2,500 visitors. Since then, it has toured all over France, throughout the network of the 33,000 local associations of the tour coordinator, La Ligue de l'Enseignement. The exhibition, which received the patronage of the Minister of Education, reached more than 10,000 young people during its first year.
Feedback from participants confirms the strong impact and benefits of the project; both young people and adults find the exhibition a stimulating way to deal with topical issues and situations that arise in everyday life.
